Irene studied law at the University of Essex, UK, where she graduated in July 2003. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar 2004. She firstly joined the firm as a pupil in 2003 and in 2006 as a legal consultant.

Irene is an associated lawyer in the Corporate Administration Department. She specializes in corporate and commercial work. She deals with the formation of Companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions, also advices on company registration matters and undertakes drafting of commercial agreements, constitution and administration.
