Irina was born in Moscow, Russia. She studied at the Moscow State Law Academy from where she graduated in 1993. She was called to the Moscow Bar in 1998. In 2001 she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar.

Irina joined the firm as a pupil and legal consultant in July 1993 and as an associate lawyer in the Commercial Department in November 2001. Irina specialises in all aspects of corporate law and undertakes a wide range of commercial work including contracts, company formation, constitution and administration, immovable property and foreign investment.
