LIA PETRIDOU

Lia was born in Limassol and studied law at University of Athens. She was called to the Cyprus Bar in 1967 and joined P.L. Cacoyannis & Co in 1968 as an associate and since 1.1.2003 she is an associate of Chrysses Demetriades & Co.

In 1990 Lia was appointed by the President of the Republic to the Chair of the Cyprus Town and Country Planning Board where she was directly involved in the development and implementation of the Board's policy throughout Cyprus which appointment she held until 1994.

Lia's professional interests are concerned primarily with banking, commercial property and probate issues, time sharing.
