Demosthenes deals mainly with syndicated lending, focusing on India and the Far East. In the past he has assisted in major deals involving Russian interest and has been involved in listings at the London Stock Exchange and AIM. He has also had experience in corporate acquisitions and restructuring. He has been part of a team assisting the central Bank of Cyprus in drafting legislation to regulate the provision of Trust and Administration Services. Demosthenes is the country representative of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) for Cyprus.
