Michaela is an associate in the Company & Commercial department. Michaela has extensive experience on corporate and corporate finance transactions with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. Michaela also has considerable experience of commercial and contentious matters involving EC law, antitrust and merger control law, and the application thereof before EC institutions as well as national authorities and courts.
