Michalis has extensive experience of corporate and commercial matters, particularly in relation to company and business acquisitions and sales of both public and private companies, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, insolvency, banking and taxation.

Michalis is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (heading the services sector). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry; the Board of Directors of the Cyprus-Russian, Cyprus-Hellenic, Cyprus-Romanian, Cyprus-Lebanon and Cyprus-Hungary business associations; and a member of the Board of Directors of several companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and various other private companies.
