Thomas' practice covers all areas of corporate, commercial and banking law but with particular focus on:

• Asset finance (primarily aviation);
• Project Finance (across all sectors);
• General corporate facilities;
• Capital markets transactions such as DCM issues, equity issues, listings (in Cyprus, London, Ireland, Luxembourg and the first listing by a Cyprus company in Hong Kong) and securitisations;
• Mergers and acquisitions including the regulatory and antitrust elements of such transactions;
• Licensing of and regulatory compliance for Cyprus investment firms

Thomas also has extensive experience advising on and negotiating joint ventures, mergers (including cross-border mergers) and acquisitions across all sectors; providing EU law advice to local and international companies, including a number of semi-state bodies in Cyprus; and advising on the structuring and licensing of investments funds in Cyprus.
