Constantinos is an associate in the Company & Commercial department. Constantinos is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, banking, contract drafting and corporate finance transactions with particular emphasis on cross-border acquisitions and financing (secured and unsecured). He has been involved in many international transactions relating to acquisition of companies, financing, and creation of joint ventures. Constantinos is also experienced in Intellectual Property Law especially in relation to computer software and media and entertainment law.
