Anthia's main area of expertise is in conveyancing and the acquisition of immovable property in Cyprus. Anthia advises both private individuals (local and foreign clients) and corporate clients in respect of the acquisition and leasing of private residential properties and commercial properties. She has also acted for a number of developers in advising them on property related matters and drafting sale agreements. Anthia’s conveyancing practice also includes the giving of general legal advice on Cyprus property law and taxation law in relation to immovable property transactions.
