Katia has extensive experience on civil and commercial litigation before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of Cyprus with a particular emphasis on contract law, shareholders disputes, property law, compensation for compulsory acquisition and town planning decisions, medical negligence and intellectual property (with a specialisation to pharmaceutical patents).

Katia has handled numerous recourses and appeals before the Supreme Court in relation with administrative decisions concerning matters of administrative, tax and constitutional law and has also appeared before the Tender Review Authority with relation to important B.O.T projects.
