Experience

Alexandros’ experience includes advising on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, particularly cross-border transactions and a range of securities offerings. Alexandros also specializes in EC and Cyprus Competition Law and in selected aspects of EU Law.

Alexandros has lectured, amongst others, European Internal Market (course offered in preparation for the University of London external LLM degree) and EC Competition Law at Intercollege (now known as University of Nicosia).

Alexandros has been a frequent speaker in both national and international seminars and conferences and has authored several articles mainly on Competition Law EU Law.
