Rodoula studied law at the University of Athens from which she obtained a Law Degree in 1984. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1986.

Rodoula joined the firm in 1986 and deals exclusively with company law, in particular the formation of new companies and corporate restructuring. She has wide experience of assisting clients with the establishment of onshore and offshore companies in Cyprus.
