Anita primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law matters with particular emphasis on corporate governance, merges and acquisitions (domestically and cross border), corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

Anita has also a strong experience in insolvency related matters, advising numerous clients (insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors alike) in relation to companies facing financial difficulties and entering into or are in the stage prior to entering into formal insolvency proceedings or are under examinership.

Anita has also a wide experience in corporate banking and structured finance matters and regularly acts for the client (either the borrower or the financial institution) in debt financing transactions. Anita also advises on ISDA and its relevant credit support documentation and opines on their validity and enforceability.
