Christos is handling merger control notifications before the Commission for the Protection of Competition. He is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner (2021) with experience in multijurisdictional corporate insolvency matters. He is also assisting multinational groups with respect to GDPR compliance. Christos is advising the firm’s clients on IP related matters (patent protection, copyright, trademarks, designs, passing off and infringement) and as a member of the corporate team he undertakes the regulatory due diligence of M&As with particular focus on IP. Christos has also prior litigation experience in high profile cross-border corporate and commercial litigation disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Christos worked at a boutique Brussels law office tasked with cases before the European Court of Justice and trained at DG COMP where he engaged in handling antitrust complaints in the pharma sector.

He obtained an LL.M. at EU law from KU Leuven with Magna Cum Laude (‘Great Distinction’) and he graduated with an LL.B. from Queen Mary University of London with First Class Honours.
