ESPINA PAPATHOMA

Despina’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and she mainly undertakes litigious work and renders legal opinions focused on high value corporate and commercial disputes, civil procedures issues and injunction applications. She specializes on civil, corporate and commercial matters before the District Courts with a particular emphasis on contract, tort, insurance, personal injury, banking and insolvency. She has also been part of teams representing clients for complex and high value commercial disputes involving recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, obtaining and resisting freezing orders and insolvency. Despina also has extensive knowledge and experience on data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation.
