ARIA PITTA

Maria’s primary area of practice is civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on rent control, commercial disputes and personal injury. In addition, Maria also advises on family law and probate law issues.

Maria has acted for both domestic and foreign clients by providing them with legal advice and opinions as well as by representing them before the Courts of Cyprus in relation to various Cyprus law matters and has also been part of teams representing clients for complex and high value commercial disputes involving, obtaining and resisting freezing orders, jurisdictional challenges and insolvency.
