STACEY ARMEFTIS

Stacey’s primary area of practice is civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes, personal injury, rent control, banking, admiralty, and insolvency. She has also been part of teams representing clients for complex and high value commercial disputes involving enforcement of foreign judgments, obtaining and resisting freezing orders, jurisdictional challenges and insolvency. Stacey has acted for both domestic and foreign clients by providing them with legal advice and opinions as well as by representing them before the Courts of Cyprus in relation to various Cyprus law matters.
