Andreas is involved in a wide range of corporate, commercial and finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate restructurings and insolvency.

Prior to joining our team, he worked for 11 years at another major law firm in Cyprus where he gained experience in a variety of corporate, commercial and shipping law matters and associated litigation.

His practice focuses on providing general legal advice, performing legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and ancillary documentation, tailored to the specific needs of each transaction.

Andreas represents banks, financial institutions and legal entities based both in Cyprus and abroad and is instructed as Cyprus counsel on matters of Cyprus law by foreign law firms. His experience extends to the resolution of corporate and commercial disputes.
