Andreas is experienced in corporate law matters, with a particular emphasis on corporate restructuring, joint ventures, share capital reorganizations, and corporate governance.

He has considerable experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements and related documentation.

Andreas is also experienced in a broad range of corporate finance matters and regularly acts either for borrowers or finance providers in debt financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral corporate financings, as well as debt restructurings and other secured financing.
