Anthia’s main area of expertise is real estate, conveyancing and acquisition of immovable property in Cyprus, as well as Immigration.

She advises both private individuals (local and foreign) and corporate clients regarding the acquisition and leasing of private residential and commercial properties.

Anthia represents several developers and advises them on property-related matters and assist with the drafting of sale agreements. Her conveyancing practice also includes providing general legal advice on Cyprus property and tax law concerning immovable property transactions.

Anthia also advises companies and individuals regarding the employment of foreign nationals, residence permits including Immigration Permits (fast-track permanent residence permits based on investment in Cyprus), and naturalization.
