Christina focuses on Banking and Commercial disputes. She advises and represents in Court banks, financial institutions, debt management companies and investment funds.
As part of her work, Christina assists financial institutions in reclaiming their debts and enforcing securities granted by debtors, guarantors, and other security providers. She also advises clients on their rights arising from debentures and has extensive experience dealing with issues related to bankruptcy proceedings in Cyprus.
Christina appears in hearings before the District Courts and drafts pleadings and opinions in a broad range of civil matters. Furthermore, she has experience with matters regarding Human Rights, International and European law, and has advised international clients on the effect and applicability of EU Directives and Treaties.
