Christos is engaged in all aspects of corporate, commercial, banking and finance law, focusing on acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance, capital markets and reorganizations, both at local and cross-border level.

He has advised issuers and underwriters in connection with public offerings, as well as investors in connection with specialized projects, particularly in the fields of energy and fintech. Christos has also assisted firms in obtaining regulatory approvals and regulated entities in complying with the requirements of the legal framework governing their operations and activities. His experience extends to the resolution of banking and commercial disputes.

He also has wide knowledge on legal aspects relating to IT and Software development.

Christos is an accredited mediator for civil and commercial cases with the Ministry of Justice.
