Chrysses has extensive experience in a range of corporate and commercial law matters with a particular emphasis on corporate restructuring, joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers & acquisitions. He has been involved in many significant transactions relating to acquisition of companies and creation of joint ventures and has represented local and international clients with worldwide activities.

Chrysses has also considerable experience on corporate banking and finance matters and regularly acts for both borrowers and financial institutions in debt financing transactions including syndicated and bilateral corporate financings as well as debt restructurings and other secured financing. He has represented both borrowers and financial institutions in a number of major finance restructurings in Cyprus and abroad.

Furthermore, Chrysses has been advising real estate investors and the major property developers in Cyprus on a wide range of legal matters relating to their activities and projects.
