Cleo deals with shipping law matters, focusing on drafting and negotiating ship / yacht sale and purchase, commercial and management agreements as well as shipbuilding contracts.
She also acts for ship owners in connection with the registration of ships under the Cyprus flag and all related transactions and assisting clients to comply with the requirements of the Cyprus maritime authorities necessary to maintain their registration of their vessels under the Cyprus flag.
Prior to joining the firm, she admitted to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales and gained wide experience in a range of banking and finance matters including real estate, construction law and development finance.
