Costas has a wide-ranging practice encompassing expertise in criminal, insurance, personal injury, construction and civil fraud / asset recovery.
He spends most of his time appearing before the District Courts of the Republic of Cyprus as well as the Courts of the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia. Moreover, he has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration (including domestic arbitration and international arbitration governed by the ICC, UNCITRAL, and LCIA rules).
He is frequently instructed to provide opinions on different aspects of Cyprus law regarding injunctive reliefs, personal injuries and corporate insolvency.
