His practice focuses on advising leading financial institutions, banks, and major shipowners on the financing of both second-hand and newly built vessels.

In 2019, George undertook a stage at the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (FRONTEX), where he spent five months working on the implementation of standard operating practices, rules, and procedures related to data protection. This involved drafting relevant training materials and documentation for the document experts.
