Iphigenia deals with disputes relating to banking and insolvency, as well as insurance and claims in negligence claims for personal injury or damage to property.
She represents and advises national and international banking and financial services institutions, as well as Liquidators, Examiners and Receivers / Managers on insolvency matters and debt recovery proceedings.
Iphigenia also advises in Insurance law matters and Personal Injury claims.
Iphigenia also has a particular interest in public and administrative law and represents clients in recourses before the Administrative Court. As part of her legal training in Cyprus, she worked in the Administrative Law Department of the Attorney General’s Office, where she also assisted in drafting opinions advising the government on matters with constitutional implications.
Prior to joining our firm, Iphigenia was employed as an in-house advocate at a London City law firm specializing in insurance and consumer law, appearing daily before the County Court and High Court of England and Wales.
