Irena’s practice focuses on both domestic and cross-border commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, as well as on Intellectual Property disputes.
She mainly undertakes litigious work and renders opinions on IP, contractual and shareholder disputes and she is engaged in obtaining and resisting freezing and disclosure orders and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Irena has experience in ad hoc arbitration, as well as institutional arbitration governed by the ICC and LCIA Rules.
She has also extensively dealt with banking law, with involvement and advising of local and foreign banking and financial institutions, and investment funds on litigation, out-of-court disputes and the sale and acquisition of credit facilities.
