Nefeli joined the firm in 2023 and has since been actively involved in a wide range of corporate law transactions, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and insolvency.
Her practice focuses on advising, drafting and reviewing agreements tailored to the specific needs of each transaction. Nefeli conducts legal due diligence on companies to be acquired when drafting and negotiating relevant sale purchase agreements and related documentation. She is additionally engaged in a variety of banking and corporate finance matters, rendering advisory services and legal opinions on secured financing to both local and international financial institutions.
