Louiza has expertise in Real Estate and Construction matters, advising private individuals and large corporations in relation to the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial and residential properties.

Louiza has been retained by a number of local real estate developers to provide advice, assistance and guidance through the entire procedure of constructing and selling or leasing the units within their developments. In particular, Louiza has been involved with drafting and negotiating the relevant sale and lease agreements and related documentation with potential buyers, drafting bespoke regulations catering to the needs of each particular development and overseeing the entire sale or leasing process of the units. Louiza additionally offers any day to day assistance required by the developers in relation to their projects.

Louiza further provides advice to clients in relation to the real estate aspect involved in acquisition and investment transactions, including reviewing and assessing the relevant documentation and carrying out a due diligence exercise in relation to the assets to be acquired.

Prior to joining the firm, Louiza has gained extensive experience in commercial leases by carrying out lease transactions on behalf of a high-profile corporation in the United Kingdom.
