Maria’s primary area of practice is commercial litigation, with a focus on property disputes and tenancies. She also assists with Probate law issues and Wills.

Maria has been part of teams representing public authorities in complex, high-value disputes and has acted in proceedings for obtaining or resisting freezing orders, jurisdictional challenges and insolvency.
