Marilena has a strong background in corporate and commercial law as well as the incorporation and management of companies.

She advises both private and public companies in Cyprus on a wide array of corporate issues, with a focus on formation, mergers and cross-border mergers, restructurings, migration (re-domiciliation), and liquidations of companies. She also has considerable knowledge and experience in matters related to the appointment of Examiners and Receivers/Managers in Cyprus companies.

Marilena has handled various Court applications in relation to corporate procedures pursuant to the regulations of Companies Law.
