Nicole’s practice focuses on intellectual property as she assists and advises a wide range of clients in the protection of their copyrights, trademarks, patents and other IP rights.
She also assists with the drafting of license, assignment and franchise agreements relating to intellectual property rights.
Nicole represents clients in opposition proceedings against trademarks submitted via International Intellectual Property Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the Cyprus Intellectual Property Office.
She also advises both private and public companies on a wide array of corporate law issues and assists with the formation, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, re-domiciliation and liquidations of companies.
Furthermore, she is often engaged to conduct legal due diligence on companies to be acquired when drafting and negotiating relevant sale purchase agreements and related documentation.
Nicole also assists with the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements and handles Court applications relating to various corporate procedures pursuant to Cyprus Companies Law.
