Nikoleta specializes in shipping finance, representing leading financing banks, financial institutions and major ship owners in connection with the financing of newly built and second-hand vessels.

She advises on issues regarding financing agreements and security documents for a wide range of financing arrangements, including single bank and syndicated loan facilities. Additionally, Nikoleta serves as the Cyprus correspondent lawyer for foreign law firms, banks, and financial institutions on matters of Cyprus law.

Since 2023, Nikoleta has been a member of the Committee for the Modernization of Public Sector Services of the Cyprus Bar Association. She was also the recipient of a European Legal Award in the category of Maritime Law in 2022.
