Pavlina is the head of the corporate department and mainly deals with the incorporation of public and private companies and their management, as well as with the provision of fiduciary services.
She has extensive knowledge and experience on reorganizations, restructurings, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and liquidations of companies.
Pavlina frequently advises on cross-border transactions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance and assists with the establishment of partnerships, the preparation of corporate documents and legal due diligence.
With over 20 years of experience, Pavlina works with clients throughout the corporate lifecycle, providing support for any necessary changes to corporate entities. Her clients range from multinational corporations and banks to high-net-worth individuals. She collaborates with banking and financial institutions, law firms, and service providers, and interacts with the Cyprus Companies Registry and other authorities.
She is an active speaker, and seminar attendee, and holds numerous directorships. Pavlina is also an appointed Special Agent of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in Cyprus.
