Rodoula specializes in corporate law, with particular emphasis on the formation of private and public companies, foundations and partnerships.

She is serving both local and international clientele, assisting in the management of their corporations.

Rodoula also handles the interactions of legal entities with the Registrar of Companies and other governmental authorities in Cyprus.
