Thomas’ main areas of practice is corporate and commercial litigation and employment law.
He has broad knowledge of international, European, and local commercial law and has represented various offshore and local companies in multi-million-dollar disputes, as well as in cross-border mergers.
Thomas has also acted for and advised the largest banks in Cyprus in litigation claims and the enforcement of collaterals.
In addition, he often undertakes the preparation of agreements that involve complex employment law matters and represents clients in various Employment Court cases.
He also acts as legal advisor in insolvency proceedings, including the liquidation of Cyprus Airways Public Ltd and Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, which are considered two of the most important insolvency proceedings to take place in Cyprus.
Thomas has been repeatedly elected and has been serving as a member of the Limassol Bar Association Committee since 2012.
