Tonia has extensive knowledge and experience in banking litigation and provides consultation to various  banks and other credit institutions, seated in Cyprus or abroad.

She is also heavily involved in commercial litigation, focusing on the preparation of all types of company applications and handling of such applications before the Court.

Tonia is a senior member of our Banking litigation team. She advises on a variety of finance transactions involving debt finance. She assists banking and other financial institutions, such as investment funds, in procedures relating to Receiver and Manager matters and regarding rights in relation to debentures (floating charges). She also advises on the procedural steps related to the enforcement of judgments and the enforcement of securities, such as mortgages and floating and fixed charges.

Furthermore, she has experience with applications in the Administrative Court, as well as cases involving employment law matters.

Tonia has been a member of the Judicial Committee of the District Football Association of Limassol since 2012 and has been serving as its president since 2016. In addition, Tonia has been a member of the Board of the Athletic Union of Limassol (AEL) Club from 2018 to 2020.
