Vicky is an expert in Banking litigation and acts for national and foreign banking and financial institutions, as well as investment funds, in the Cyprus Courts.
She advises clients in the context of litigation and out-of-court disputes, on both national and European legislation and regulations.
As part of her work, Vicky deals with debt finance, assisting clients in reclaiming debts and navigating the procedural steps involved in enforcing judgments. This includes the enforcement of securities, such as mortgages and foreclosures. She advises on and drafts various legal documents, including facility and security documents, notices, and letters as required by Cyprus law, as well as pleadings, applications, and petitions before the court, along with all necessary documents to facilitate the above-mentioned procedures.
Vicky regularly appears in court in relation to various practice areas handled by the firm, such as banking and insurance disputes, as well as company applications, representing the firm’s diverse clients. Lastly, she is heavily involved in the resolution of disputes out of court regarding facilities and other banking services, drafting settlement agreements and ancillary documents.
