About This Case
Our team has assisted on a €200m sale of shipping business to a listed Danish company. We advised the sellers, a leading operator in the ferry and logistics sector, on the Cyprus aspects of the sale which involved six Spanish, Moroccan and Cypriot companies, owners of a fleet of HSC (High Speed Crafts) ferries, RO-RO and RO-PAX vessels.
