NDREAS LELEKIS

Andreas is experienced in a range of corporate and commercial law matters with a particular emphasis on corporate restructuring, joint ventures, share capital reorganisations and corporate governance matters.  He has considerable experience in drafting shareholders agreements and related documentation.

Andreas is also experienced in a broad range of corporate finance matters and regularly acts for both borrowers and finance providers in debt financing transactions including syndicated and bilateral corporate financings as well as debt restructurings and other secured financing.
