ODOULA MALIKKIDOU

Rodoula is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of the firm servicing both local and international clientele. She has a strong background on Cyprus Companies Law and she mainly deals with corporate law with a particular emphasis on the formation of private and public companies, foundations and partnerships.

She is also involved in the reviewing of various agreements and other legal documentation and has a considerable knowledge and experience in various corporate matters, including but not limited to, private and public company registrations and general administration of Cyprus companies.

Rodoula also handles all interaction of legal entities in relation to the Registrar of Companies and other governmental authorities in Cyprus.
