Katia has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation, negligence claims with a focus on medical negligence claims, property disputes and Public and Administrative law.
She handles shareholder disputes, corporate fraud, insolvency, and asset tracing, often involving the obtaining and resisting of freezing and disclosure orders in aid of arbitration or with respect to proceedings pending among the same parties in multiple jurisdictions.
In property law, her expertise includes compensation for compulsory acquisition and town planning decisions.
Katia’s public law expertise encompasses representing both corporate clients and individuals in appeals before the Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, and the Tax Tribunal, as well as recourses before the Tender Review Authority. Her work in public law covers administrative decisions related to property, tax, public procurement, and constitutional law.
