OSTAS GEORGIADES

Costas has a wide-ranging practice encompassing expertise in criminal, commercial/ company, insurance/personal injury, construction and civil fraud/asset recovery. He spends most of his time appearing before the District Courts of the Republic of Cyprus as well as the Courts of the Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia. Moreover, he has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedures such as negotiation, mediation and arbitration (including domestic arbitration and international arbitration governed by the ICC, UNICITRAL and LCIA rules).

He has been instructed to give opinions on different aspects of Cyprus law, especially with issues in relation to injunctive relief, personal injury and corporate insolvency.
