IANNIS AGAPIOU

Giannis is widely experienced in the incorporation and administration of legal entities, including LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures. His client base encompasses significant local and international entities, such as credit institutions.

He specialises in advising on corporate matters concerning, among other general matters involving corporate procedures, the incorporation and restructuring of companies, changes in capital, the acquisition of entities and businesses, corporate finance, as well as re-domiciliation and liquidations. He has also been increasingly dealing with the incorporation of local and international trusts, as well as banking law matters, such as the drafting of banking legal documents.
