OANNA KYRIAKIDOU

Ioanna’s practice focuses on Dispute Resolution and EU & Competition law.

Ioanna advises and represents clients ranging from large multi-national companies to high-profile individuals on a wide array of dispute matters. Cases she deals with often involve complex cross-border disputes and the recognition & enforcement of international judgments or arbitral awards.

As part of her EU & Competition practice, Ioanna advises clients on a broad range of competition law matters, including vertical agreements, cartels and abuse of dominance cases. She also handles merger control clearance applications before the Cypriot Commission for the Protection of Competition. In addition, Ioanna regularly deals with regulatory work and provides advice on data protection & privacy, product liability & safety, environmental law and consumer protection matters.

In 2022 Ioanna undertook a stage at the Directorate-General for Competition (DG COMP) of the European Commission in Brussels, where she spent five months working on antitrust investigations.
