PHIGENIA FISENTZOU

Iphigenia is an Associate in the Litigation Department specialising in commercial and corporate litigation.

She is a member of the Banking Litigation Team, representing and advising national and international banking and financial services institutions. She is instructed to attend hearings before the District Courts as well as to draft pleadings and opinions, in a broad range of civil matters.

Iphigenia has a particular interest in Public & Administrative law, and represents clients in recourses before the Administrative Court. As part of her legal training in Cyprus, she worked at the Administrative Law Department of the Attorney General’s Office where she also assisted in the drafting of opinions advising the Government on matters with constitutional implications.

Prior to joining our Firm, Iphigenia was employed as an in-house advocate in a London City law firm specialising in insurance and consumer law, appearing daily before the County Court and High Court of England and Wales.
