ATIA KAKOULLI

Katia has extensive experience in commercial/corporate litigation with a particular emphasis in shareholder disputes, corporate fraud, insolvency and asset tracing, which often involve obtaining and resisting freezing and disclosure orders in aid of arbitration or with respect to proceedings pending amongst the same parties in multiple jurisdictions.  Her areas of expertise also involve property law, compensation for compulsory acquisition and town planning decisions and medical negligence.

Katia has particular expertise in public law and she represents corporate clients as well as individuals in recourses before the Administrative Court appeals before the Supreme Court as well as recourses before the Tax Tribunal and the Tender Review Authority in relation with administrative decisions concerning matters of property, tax, public procurement and constitutional law.
