Vicky deals with general litigation matters and as a member of the Banking Litigation Team, she particularly focuses on Banking Litigation cases.  She represents national and foreign banking and financial institutions, as well as investment funds, before Courts in Cyprus and advises them on litigation, out of court disputes, legislation and regulations, both of national and European scope.

As part of her work, among others, she deals with Debt Finance, assisting clients in reclaiming debts and with procedural steps concerning the enforcement of obtained judgments, including enforcements of securities, such as mortgages (foreclosure). She advises and drafts various legal documents, including facility and security documents, notices and letters, as provided by Cyprus law, pleadings, applications and petitions before the Court and all necessary documents to facilitate procedures concerning the abovementioned matters.

Vicky also regularly appears before the Court in relation to various practice areas which the firm deals with, such as banking and insurance disputes, as well as company applications, to represent the Firm’s various clients. Lastly, she is also heavily involved in the resolution of disputes out of court over facilities and other banking services, and therefore drafts settlement agreements and ancillary documents.
